The parenting chapter doesn't end with a transition — it ends with a question. And that question can feel disorienting, even lonely, when there's no road map.

Most women in this season are highly capable, deeply self-aware, and still somehow stuck. Not because they lack direction, but because they haven't had the space, the permission, or the right company to explore what's truly calling them.

That's what the Free Bird Experience is for.

Over four sessions, we go somewhere most personal development programs don't: beneath the roles, rules, and expectations you've been living by — to the values, longings, and unlived possibilities that are uniquely yours.

This isn't a course. It's a small, intimate group experience — four to six women, a skilled coach, and four weeks of honest, courageous conversation. Each session builds on the last: grounding, then discovery, then direction, then momentum. You'll be challenged and held in equal measure.

The group itself becomes part of the work. There's something that happens when women in the same season come together without pretense — an honesty, a recognition, a kind of fuel that's hard to find anywhere else.
